These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Yes Letter digital products, including The Yes Letter Playbook and the Deadline Calendar (the "Products"). The Products are operated by AA Singularity FZE, a company registered in the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Products.
1. Digital delivery
All Products are delivered electronically (for example PDF files, calendar files or online content) after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Educational disclaimer
The Products provide general educational information about the U.S. college admissions process. They are not legal, financial or professional counseling advice. The Yes Letter is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Common Application, the College Board, the U.S. Department of Education, or any college or university. Names of organizations are used for identification only.
No Product guarantees admission to any college, any scholarship or any amount of financial aid. Admissions policies, deadlines and forms change: always confirm information with the official college or agency. Any essays submitted to colleges must be the student's own work.
3. License to use
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or reproduce any Product, in whole or in part, without our written consent.
4. Payments and pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and charged at checkout through our payment processor. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.
5. Refund policy
Products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, including add-ons purchased in the same order unless stated otherwise at checkout. To request a refund, reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Products — text, templates, checklists, graphics and layout — belongs to AA Singularity FZE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Products or this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the website or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA Singularity FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Products, including admission, scholarship or financial aid decisions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
